ERP ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Eugene, Oregon
General Description: The ERP Administrator is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting ERP operations. The successful candidate must be able to organize and lead ERP projects of varying complexity and size.

Specific Duties:
- Dependability: is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback for improved performance.
- Following MRH procedures and protocols Management, Implementation, document & support is required for all Business and Productions processes.
- Actively be the point person for how the ERP software works with Mountain Rose Herbs’ process and make structured, documented recommendations for changes involving the management of the system.
- Be the liaison to the Executives and the Director Team for recommendations, current status, and documenting the efficient use of the ERP system.
- Work with the Executives and Director Team to build both system and user KPI’s via reporting and advanced analytics.
- Develop and deliver project plans for initial and additional projects.
- Work with process owners and identified department SME’s to identify initial support and escalation procedures.
- Work with Batchmaster consultants to determine strategy for Implementation, GAP identification and work through documenting and delivering a solution.
- Assist in developing test scripts and written procedures.
- Assess, define, and migrate towards process standardization between company locations.
- Facilitate implementation of new processes through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation.
- Maintain and Support Legacy ERP Systems, historical transactional data.
- Support ancillary/integrated systems including, but not limited to, EDI, CRM and any vertical packages used by Mountain Rose Herbs.
- Lead Business Intelligence Initiatives To Develop Standardized Dashboards and Ad-Hoc Reporting Solutions.
- Other Duties As Assigned.
Education/Experience/Certification preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Business or related discipline.
- Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is a plus.
- Experience implementing multiple ERP systems in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of ERP management experience. ERP implementation experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across technical and functional disciplines.
- Experience managing Company staff, ERP consultants and external vendors.
- Project Management skills and experience. Utilize Project management software for planning and documentation.
- Experience with Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- Strong experience in the full manufacturing, production, and Order to cash processes.
- Experience working in Microsoft 365 with full office suite; Bartender; and Crystal Reports programs is a plus.
- Occasional Exposure to outdoor weather conditions (example: travel between facilities).
- Frequent Exposure
- Change in room temperature due to proximity of entrance/ exit doors as well as moving between different areas within the building(s).
- Background noise from neighboring departments.
- Constant Exposure
- Strong aromatics and herb dust.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit/stand for periods of time while either on the phone and/or performing data entry duties (typing, using a mouse, etc).
- Minimal physical requirements to include associated standing, bending, stooping, to retrieve files.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs but more frequent lifting of 5-10 lbs maximum.
- Ability to be on the production floor and around open product.
