We have seen increasing issues with myrrh and frankincense being allowed clearance through Canadian customs resulting in orders being held for long periods without delivery, returned to us, or destroyed. In an effort to minimize the inconvenience to our customers, we have made the decision to temporarily restrict these two items from being shipped to Canada.
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has yet to provide us with a detailed reason for this behavior or any documentation or regulatory changes that we may need to implement. Our best suggestion would be to contact the CBSA directly and request additional information.
